SinglePoint Builders was established in 2010 and has grown into one of the North Bay’s premier Home Builders. Specializing in Full Home Remodels and Ground Up Builds, we are driven by a desire for exceptional craftsmanship, expert project management, and superior customer service.

A key component of our success is the team of passionate carpenters and hard-working laborers that allow us to self-perform the majority of the work on our projects. Our experience has also helped us build an extensive list of pre-qualified sub-contractors to perform work like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc.

Our founder, Brant Hill, studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned a BS in Construction Management. Out of school, he worked for a large commercial general contractor as a project manager for 6 years and was involved with building over $100,000,000 in construction projects. Each project is overseen by Brant and a curated team of Project Managers and Office Personnel. Every project no matter the size and complexity, is planned, budgeted, and scheduled before a shovel hits the ground.
