Modern Face Lift

This Midcentury Modern Remodel on the Belvedere Lagoon was expertly designed by Aleck Wilson Architects. Alignment and clean lines were paramount in the design and execution of this project. Which is no easy feat when dealing with a home that was built over 50 years ago. Our team carefully re-structured and upgraded every part of this home from the dock to the kitchen with precision.

TRANSITIONAL

This project consisted of a full exterior removal and replacement of the siding, windows, doors, and roof. In so, the Architects OXB Studio, re-imagined the look of the home by changing the siding materials, creating privacy for the clients at their front entry, and making the expansive decks more usable. We added some beautiful cedar ceiling cladding on the interior as well as a full home solar with Tesla batteries. The Shou-sugi-ban siding is our favorite detail.

MODERNLAGOONHOUSE

This project is a great example of blending traditional and modern elements. It was designed by OXB Studio Architects before we were brought on board. Our team worked with the already stunning Architecture laid out by OXB and added the transitional feel by selecting finishes that not only fit the house, but also the neighborhood and client's styles.
